Install an Antivirus Application Now!

5. Do not open e-mail attachments from someone you know, unless you know what in the end the annex. The sender may not know that it contains a virus.


Steps to help remove a virus:
1. Visit the Protect Your PC Web site and install the latest updates.

2. If you currently use antivirus software, please visit the manufacturer's Web site, update, and then the implementation of a comprehensive scan of your system. If you do not
currently use antivirus software, subscription services, and immediately scan your system.

3. Download, install and run the Malicious Software Removal Tool (for Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 2000 users). Please note that this tool does not prevent the virus from
infecting your system, which not only helps to remove existing viruses.
